From the vibrant streets of Bangkok to Melbourne's heart, my culinary path intertwines culture and passion. Growing up in Bangkok's tapestry, my fascination with flavours started at 6, when I learned recipes from my mother and family. Street food adventures in Bangkok sparked my love.

Melbourne, in 2010, brought homesickness and a craving for authentic Thai. Working in Aussie Thai kitchens fueled my dream: Nakorn Thai Restaurant & Bar.
